Enter the correct print-bed dimensions
Fixture sections are planned around the print bed you specify. Confirm usable bed width and depth, nozzle diameter, and wall settings before downloading the jig STLs.
Print the indexed fixture set
When available, the build pack identifies the base, receiver, and individual section fixtures. Keep the section map and piece numbers with the printed parts so each glass piece returns to the intended position.
Use fixtures only for alignment and tack soldering
Fit and foil the numbered glass pieces, place a section exterior-face down, and tack only enough joints to preserve alignment. Keep the soldering iron and molten solder away from printed plastic.
Remove sections before finishing seams
Lift each tacked section along the documented release direction. Complete continuous seams away from the plastic, then join the finished sections and hand-fit any closure or excluded pieces.
Respect partial-jig warnings
Some pieces may be omitted when a safe removable support cannot be constructed. Their patterns remain in the build pack, but they must be aligned and fitted manually.
